Patty Bonsera is a Certified Business Continuity Professional and Coffee Consultant specializing in contingency planning and emergency readiness for specialty coffee shops and roasters.
She holds the CBCI designation (with Merit) from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), a Project Management Certificate from Google and is a Certified GRIT-LEAD coach from the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience.
She is also a speaker, co-author and podcaster. She volunteers with the Pikes Peak Regional CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), Team Rubicon, Exponential Impact and Habitat for Humanity.
